JSP upgrade v.2.0 and 2.1 for R400 series

This upgrade was developed to unify all different MPS R400 versions and to implement new features and advancements. It can be used on R400 D, R400 DS, R400 GGP, R400 GGB as well as all TWIN models.

Upgrade Details

- replaces the old 19 inch rack or Basic Master controller with an 11 inch Touch Panel Controller
- replaces the cabinet panel with the entire electrical components
- replaces the column in-feed stepper motor with a stronger servo motor
- version 2.1 also replaces the table motor and gearbox with a servo motor to increase the
  table speed and torque

New Features

- all basic machine functions for the different models are free selectable
- adds the possibility to save more than 150 different grinding procedures
- adds mechanical and software diagnostic functions for maintenance and service
- adds additional settings to grinding procedures to increase flexibility and to enable
  the use of ever finer grinding wheels like the JSP ELF Mesh 12,000
- adds a graphical design to ease operation and maintenance
- adds a LAN router for online diagnostic, firmware or software updates
- adds the possibility to implement a non-contact in-process measuring device
- adds more than 20 free I/O options to be implemented on special requests
